Not only is Roberta a dynamite hair colorist, but she's an exceptional human being - kind, caring, funny, (and maybe most importantly in this environment) - fastidious about hygiene! I've been seeing Roberta for years, and although I knew that she was a fellow germophobe, I was still nervous getting back to the studio. But - she's gone above and beyond to make sure she's keeping her clients safe during the pandemic. When you first arrive, you text Roberta that you're there, and she meets you outside so that you don't have to open the door. Then you both use hand sanitizer before going into her space. When you arrive, you'll have your temperature checked, recieve a sterilized robe out of a plastic bag, and of course - you'll both be wearing masks for the duration of your appointment. She's also installed LED lights, a medical grade air purifer, and similar quality air filters. Seriously - it felt so much safer than going to the grocery store - I wouldn't hesistate getting a touchup in a few weeks!
