Attended Charmie for a silk press before a holiday party, resulting in a deeply disappointing experience. Initially declined a trim, but was persuaded to agree to a small cut. This escalated into significant, undesired hair reduction, with about 7 inches cut, altering my appearance drastically beyond the agreed trim. Felt my wishes were disregarded, transforming a pre-party appointment into a distressful event. This unexpected and unwelcome change impacted me profoundly.
