I recently took my son to Heeja, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! From the moment we walked in, she made us feel welcome and comfortable. She took her time to really understand what hairstyle my son was looking for, asking him detailed questions about his preferences.
What impressed me the most was her attentiveness—she frequently checked in with him to ensure he was happy with the length and whether he wanted more cut off. This not only made my son feel involved in the process but also showcased her dedication to providing a tailored experience.
Additionally, her expertise with wavy hair was evident. She knew exactly how to work with his waves, enhancing their natural texture while ensuring a stylish cut. It's clear that she has a wealth of experience and knowledge in handling different hair types.

Windy is a wiz at perms. My hair is as straight as a board but she transformed it into amazing curls and did it with existing highlights which is a challenge for permed hair. She is your go to gal for the perfect curls.

I have 25 years of experience with Japanese straightening to manage my coarse, thick Southeast Asian hair, which falls to my mid-back. At my appointment, Heeja began with a thorough consultation to understand my goals and made thoughtful recommendations. I decided on an additional keratin treatment based on her expert suggestions for my damaged color-treated hair. Heeja uses top-tier products, surpassing even those found in luxury salons in the DMV area, which was an unexpected and welcome surprise. Her mastery of Japanese techniques is evident and she applied them with precision, tailoring every step hours, Heeja was attentive and professional. She was accommodating of my schedule and provided excellent to suit my hair. Throughout the appointment, which took about five service, including offering beverages during the treatment. At the end of the session, we reviewed the results, and she gave me detailed aftercare instructions to maintain my hair's condition. I'm extremely pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Heeja for her skill, dedication, and the exceptional quality of her service.

For those who don't care to read: Heeja is nothing short of a miracle worker.
I found her after a horrible experience at a nearby salon two days prior. At that salon, I had asked for hair coloring and to cut my hair that had grown into a floppy mop. After coloring there, I noticed I had hot, almost copper roots and medium brown ends and my hair was fried. I noped out of the haircut and declined their request to fix the color.
I came across Heeja and decided to take a chance due to her open availability and figuring I didn't have much to lose after receiving poor service at what was supposed to be a "high-end" salon. I was insantly welcomed very warmly and with no judgement. I initially went just for a haircut as I wasn't even sure what could be salvaged from my hair, but she was determined to do whatever she could and stay as long as she needed to after having some cancellations due to the cold and rainy weather.
We laughed and joked about my hair, went through several deep conditioning treatments and she gently toned it back to a nice shade. When it came to the haircut, I had no idea what style I wanted and came with no picture at all since I wasn't sure what would be left after the damage. She not only gave me a haircut I never would have thought of since it was out of my comfort zone, but she dare I say gave me one of the best cuts I've ever received and my hair is probably softer than it was before the first coloring. I received so many compliments from friends and family who were shocked at how different it looked compared to before (I unfortunately didn't take any before pictures due to mental trauma, but Heeja does :'))
Heeja's patience, care and warm demeanor turned a terrible experience into one that will make me a returning client. I highly recommend her to anyone. 정말 감사합니다!

Went to get a perm and haircut and was satisfied. Heeja was very attentive in making sure I got what I wanted. The quality of her perms are very high quality that won’t result to any chemical smells or burns compared to other salons. Most importantly she knows how to communicate unlike the stylists at H Mart. 10/10 recommend and would come back.

My daughter and I spent Saturday with hairstylist HeeJa. HeeJa is very talented and took care of keratin hair treatments for us. Despite all of that, HeeJa is such a nice person and she is hilarious. We shared many stories and had lots of laughs. It was a fun day. I highly recommend Heeja for cuts and hair treatments!

I wasnt satisfied with my haircut , I asked for no shaving behind the neck and I still got shaved. I got charged for a cut and shampoo and the hairstylist just sprayed my hair with water!
