Michelle was great! She only has one customer at a time so is able to pay complete attention to the person in the chair. I loved that!! And she is so warm and friendly. I felt like I was just visiting an old friend!! I will definitely be back again soon!

My nail was cut very low; it's uncomfortable, but I hope to heal soon. Otherwise, Michelle and I really connected and her work looks very good.

Although the groupon was not honored, I still requested the mani-pedi. Michelle was efficient and did a splendid job on both my hands and feet. I felt very pampered. We connected and the time flew by! I'll be back because I made an appointment in November for my first gel manicure at a fantastic price that Michelle offered.

I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment but Michelle wasn't there. I waited for an additional 15 minutes and she never showed up. I received 3 reminders for the appointment; I find this disrespectful of my time, which also included travel from McKinney.

My mani/pedi was great. She stayed on time, which is a blessing because that often is not case in the typical "walk- in" type establishment even when appointments were made. I didn't feel rushed, I loved that it was one on one with Michelle, made the experience stress free! I'll be back for sure!!

My 14 day upgraded manicure chipped within hours of getting home. Both of my thumbs polish was not smooth but had brush marks and bubbles in them
