I was double booked for my appt time then asked to come back 4 hours later, but I chose not too and was offered a refund. I never received a refund. I reached out to her multiple times, but have just been completely ignored after being inconvenienced. I simply want my money back for a service I never received, but I am being met with a complete lack of professionalism. I do not recommend her.

She is so sweet and very patient, professional and attentive to my hair. She has talented hands. I enjoyed my appointment to the fullest. Will defiantly return for service. She got me looking on fleek.

My hair is really nice. Chloe is talented but the professional was not there. I arrived 15mins early, it was scheduled for 1030am. She never responded to my text messages or calls. I waited 20mins her coworker had to call her for me, she answered her call. coworker said Chloe pushed my appt back the day before to 11. Lies. I checked my appt same 1030am, sure enough after her coworker hung up my appt changed on the app to 11am then 11:15. No apology just started my hair. Didn’t speak until end.

Like many of you, I came to Style Seat seeking a new braider. After reading the 5 star reviews and stalking...I mean checking out her Instagram, I booked an appointment with Chloe. Her service did NOT disappoint. Saturday afternoon and there were only 2 other clients in the salon. Her services include a wash and condition as well as a consultation before we begin. The salon is well kept, CLEAN and the attention to detail refreshing. Only day two but so far so love!

I thoroughly enjoyed getting my hair done, hair came out so bomb. I was excited to know that hairstyle services include washing. Every question I had as far as hair care & maintenance was answered. Will definitely book again !
