I have been seeing Flo for almost 3 years now. She is an expert at electrolysis and we have such a good time talking every time! Flo is respectful, funny, and very good at her craft. I will only ever trust my hair removal to her!

Well I really wish I had checked the yelp reviews before I went here... listen to me and the other reviewers here and do NOT book with Theresa. Other technicians might be better, I don't know, but I decided to just go to another facility after my last experience here. The only reason I'm giving two stars is that the office and equipment seemed clean and sanitary, and the overall results of my treatment were what I expected in that the problem hairs were removed.
My first electrolysis appointment with Theresa was... fine. It wasn't an overwhelmingly positive experience, but she moved fast and got all the hairs I needed, so I figured it was good enough to schedule a second appointment. However at my second appointment, I sat in the waiting room for about 30 minutes even though she knew I was there and had told me she was "just a few minutes behind" when I arrived. Once she was finally ready, I laid on the bed ready for treatment for another 10-15 minutes while she chitchatted and showed me photos of her house. I found this to be completely unprofessional, especially since she KNEW she had kept me waiting already. When she started the treatment, she was on the wrong setting, which was way too high for my skin which she knew from last time is sensitive. She did notice and adjust this after a few. She came across a difficult hair on my neck and pinched and prodded my skin for probably a full 5 minutes trying to get it while I held my neck at an uncomfortable angle. I even asked if there was a better angle we could try and she said no and continued to work at it. She did eventually get the hair, but I was left with a pretty noticeable scab, which should NOT happen. I've had electrolysis before by a few different people and while I might have some red spots, no one has ever left a scab, even with ingrowns or difficult hairs. By the time my appointment was over, it was over an hour later than I expected to be leaving there and I had another appointment which I was going to now be late for, so I didn't have the energy or time to ask for a discount because of the lateness, even though I should not have paid for this kind of service. I just paid and let her schedule a next appointment which I knew I was going to cancel, but I couldn't deal with having that discussion in the moment.

Theresa was extremely unprofessional, watching trash TV during our appointment and talking on and on about the crazy lady on the show that she watched with her last client which made her late for my appointment. She pinched and squeezed my skin and jabbed me which was painful. I had bumps over the area for days and needle marks on my face for two weeks and the hair was still there. Run! I had a much nicer experience with Gloria.

I'm so bummed. I spent 18 months getting Electrolysis here but noticed the progress wasn't as good as others talked about. Not only is it expensive but it takes time to have numbing cream on my face and go to the appointment. I tried somewhere else and realized that the techs here were pulling at my hair causing the process to take a lot longer. I now go to Nancy in Highlands Ranch and while it takes longer, I'm getting much more progress. The irony is the price is the same even though she takes longer.
There's some odd issues where some technicians can't do fine hair and if you switch, it causes some tension with the technicians. I went from Stephanie to Teresa because I felt Teresa didn't hurt as bad (which I realized wasn't a good thing bc it was too low) but Stephanie either called or emailed and asked why and it made me feel uncomfortable.
I wish the owner did more quality control on her team. I do love the lobby and the multiple technicians to fit into my schedule and online scheduling.

I've been coming to CCE for almost two years and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else! They are so friendly, compassionate, and provide a safe space for the LGBT community!

I've been undergoing laser hair removal for several months, and I was aware that the laser is ineffective on grey or white hair (or red, or blonde for that matter). I had previously visited another electrolysis clinic, but was dissatisfied with the overall experience and pain level (in spite of having paid for prescription strength lidocaine cream to apply before the treatment). My experience @ Cherry Creek Electrolysis (CCE) was excellent in the hands of Flora. She handled my initial embarrassment with the professionalism that comes with 30 years experience in electrolysis. We had great rapport and discussed a wide range of subjects while she zapped my follicles. I had decided to forego pain medication as CCE had advised 'only a few people need it'. There was a little discomfort with the occasional pinprick that was more noticeable. Flora & my laser hair removal therapist have both commented that I seem to have a high tolerance for pain, so don't take my experience as a guide to your pain management.
Anyway, my first hour flew by, and I have booked a further 2 2hr sessions (Flora is a busy lady, so book early).

I have done laser at THREE different places over the years to try and get rid of hair on my chin and neck. I finally decided to try electrolysis at Cherry Creek...and HALLELUJAH! I have finally seen RESULTS. Going here has legitimately changed my life.
I tried a few technicians and settled on Stephani. She is absolutely amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, always keeping you in the loop, and flexible. In all my hair removal efforts, I've never had a technician like this. Go see her, seriously.

The team was nice and the location is convenient. I went to Flo for the first few weeks I lived here. I noticed the results were worse than my electrolysis in NYC so I went elsewhere and have had better results. Not sure if her machine wasn't as powerful or maybe is out of date. In the end it turned out to not be worth my money.

I love getting older. It is super fun to have to find someone who does electrolysis to handle your vanity problems. Sarcasm, bitterness, and snarkiness aside, Cherry Creek Electrolysis is kicking those little hairs asses and taking names. BAM! gone. ZAP! gone. You walk out looking slapped and sunburned, but those mutheruckers are GONE. GONE FOREVER! I worked with Theresa, who is awesome, and has seen it all. Go, Ladies! Get the little Italian man living under your chin sent back to the Old Country!

I just went here for the first time because laser hasn't worked all that well for me (and it's expensive!) and the location was super convenient. I had a consultation with Flo and she worked on me for all of 15 minutes. It *almost* felt like a spa treatment!
Flo was very straightforward and I loved having such a quick appointment. I'll be going back every other week for a few months and definitely look forward to it!
