I got dazzle dry mani pedi so paid extra. My pedi lady was great. The mani girl not at all. She messed up my shape which is fine no big deal, but I pointed it out and she didn't fully fix it and I didn't realize till leaving, but her filing after base coat caused all sorts of bubbles and weird texture. It's already coming off. My cuticles are still awful too. I wish I would have paid for just pedicure, but I was too exhausted to deal at closing.

The best place ever! They always do a great job and they don't wear down your nails. Especially the guy, who is a perfectionist and dedicated.

Best nail salon in the valley. I think I have been to them all but I've now been coming to Purity for 2 years and I love it. It's quiet, peaceful and clean. They do such an amazing job on my nails every single time!

Long overdue review -for starters each time I leave I am even more satisfied. This salon is so clean, the staff is so friendly and they have the best customer service! Lynn is super kind and talented, my nails are literally perfect every single time (I am one of those people who would leave the salon and end up filing or correcting nails - but NEVER with Lynn or any of the nail techs here!!). This also goes for all the other nail technicians who have done pedicure I am so happy I found this place and I highly recommend all services here!! Thank you purity nail salon team, you guys are the best!!!

They do a good job and it's clean which is important to me. Only done gel x and dip with extension and regular gel.
I enjoy they do designs with ease. I've been to other places where they struggle to do what I request but here they all now their stuff so they are happy to do your nails with design and however you like. so far been coming back to them when I decide it's time for some cute nails

Came across this nail salon on Yelp, this is my 2nd time here. First time, the experience was good and that is why I returned. I am a loyal client when it comes to my beauty services when I find someone or someplace that I like so it is unfortunate that I have to leave this review. Yesterday, I went in for a gel builder fill. Even though they had me waiting f 30 minutes after my scheduled appt I didn't mind, I eventually left 2 hours later just for a fill. Anyway, when I made it to the car it was pouring rain so my hand slipped on my handle and once I looked and the tip of ONE of my nails chipped (because it is gel builder so not as strong as a gel extension or acrylic. So I immediately called the owner (kevin) I told him I just left and this happened he said I can come in next morning (today) to get it fixed. I get there on time, no one was in there but just one young lady & I told her why I was there. She called I'm assuming the wife of the owner and kept talking to her for about 7 minutes looking at the appointments I'm assuming, I informed her I was just there evening before I spoke to kevin and he said I will be taken care of etc. I was on a time crunch I just needed the tip fixed! So she finally started working on my nail and owner comes by and is saying how they need to file it down or if I have time they will need to put a new extension, I just asked if they can simply add gel
Builder on the tip. So once I'm done within 7 minutes or so I went to book my pedicure for the following week and the owner is charging me for my nail... $10! Unbelievable. I said that is truly unfortunate to charge a customer who was just there who is also a customer who would have been there every 2-3 weeks for $150-$200 services and they couldn't make the exception for the TIP of my nail! She said that since, "it was your fault" I had to pay. So obviously the $10 was more important than retaining a client. I am also in the beauty industry so I understand things happen and IF my clients were to mess up their service same day/night I would gladly take care of them asap, because that is how you retain clients, get 5 star reviews & referrals. As I'm reading other reviews, the popping off and chipped nails is common here and when clients return they charge $10 each nail to fix, not ok! If nails are popping off that is because they are not using enough primer on your nails & if gel builder is just chipping that's because it's not good quality. Beware. Obviously I won't be returning. Best of luck!
