Whitney is amazing! She is sooo knowledgeable and generous with her time, as she cares deeply about educating people to understand and love their hair (especially curly ladies!).Whitney treats her clients like family, taking time to understand their hair, their needs, and their personal style. She gives amazing haircuts but also honestly recommends methods and products that work well for each person.I love my haircut from Whitney!! Highly recommend.

She truly can work with any type of hair, she is skilled in everything from the most simple classic looks to the most intricate creative ones.If you are looking for someone specifically skilled with curly hair look no further Whitney will blow your mind! It is so hard to find someone who genuinely knows how to cut and style curly hair - Whitney not only does this extremely well but she teaches you how she is doing it the whole time with tips on how to maintain rather than rushing you out the door only for you to come back a few weeks later with the same issues.I have been getting my hair cut by Whitney for over 10 years and because of that chose her to by my hair stylist for my wedding day. With no surprise from me she absolutely crushed it and made me feel like the most beautiful bride.She listens to what you want but also has the energy and creativity to make what you want even better.

As someone who works in the beauty industry, it was clear that Whitney is a talented stylist. She worked with me to make sure my bridal makeup and hair were very natural and modern. I brought lots of hair jewelry options and she styled it in such a beautiful and unexpected way. Her studio is huge with lots of natural light, and right near all the major bridal stores which made for a perfect wedding look test day.

Whitney is always wonderful. I had braids taken out and the person cut my hair. It was uneven and a mess. She corrected it, and still left length. I was very stressed and she did a great job. Thank you Whitney!!!

My daughter and I have been going to Whitney for 7-8 years now and although we no longer have a place in NYC, we still travel to the city to get haircuts from her. I have had some good hairstylists in the past but Whitneys cuts have something special about them. She is very professional and always greets you warmly, very easy to talk to and tell her what you want. She is the best!
