sorry to leave such a low rating b/c my hair looked great at the end. BUT after further inspection I realized $155 plus a $20 tip for a basic silk press/ “trim” was WAY too much! I have been natural all my life and have gotten my hair blown out/silk pressed many times. I make sure to wrap my hair and Keep it away from humidity. Although my hair stays straight for a good two weeks if done properly. This time by day 3 my edges were a hot mess. Also my ends look raggedy like they weren’t trimmed
