Great service. My daughter didn’t flinch or complain one bit....which is a first lol. She was very gentle and attentive to my child’s level of comfort.
Gave 4 instead of 5 because I really wanted all pink braids on her like we originally discussed, but the purple ombre she did instead as a fallback plan was still cute.

Her personality itself makes me feel comfortable & welcoming. The fact that the style I asked for is exactly what I got, I will be returning to get my hair done again. I believe I’ve found my new hair braider

We confirmed to book, as she had prior scheduled a repeat customer for box braids the morning of our appointment. She insisted she would reach out to me to give an approximate ETA (which never happened). I reached out the night before and the day of the appointment and received no response I’ve been completely ignored - unprofessional.

I was booked my appointment I arrived and no one was at the location listed. I tried calling and messaging and nothing happened/no one came to the door. I also was charged $156 and did not get my hair done. This was very disappointing.

Shanaye is a lifesaver! I had a sew in from hell and was having extreme difficulty taking it down. I didn’t want to dance my hair so I seemed a professional to assist. I contacted her in the middle of the night and she resolved my issue with ease! I’m so thankful for her and she was understanding and helpful throughout the process

Took my daughter for a wash and braid hairstyle. Her hair came out really nice and neat. My daughter usually a little tender headed but Shanaye was gentle on her. Braids came out neat and looks like it will last a while. Me and my daughter both loved it.
