I had such a great experience at MJ Hair Salon today. I originally booked a silk press, but before getting started he did a really thorough consultation and actually looked at my scalp and the overall health of my hair. Instead of just doing the service I came in for, he explained what he was seeing and suggested a couple of treatments that would help with scalp health and promote growth. I really appreciated that he took the time to educate me and not just rush through the appointment. He was super sweet, very professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. My hair looks amazing, but more importantly I feel like I left with a plan to keep it healthy long term. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about healthy hair!
