I am incredibly disappointed with my experience here. I had an appointment booked, and the stylist completely no-showed and never reached out to me. To make matters worse, I received an automated reminder from the booking app the day before, confirming everything. It is unacceptable to completely disregard a client's time, schedule, and effort in this way. When we book an appointment, we are setting aside time from our own busy days and expecting basic professional courtesy. Cannot believe this behavior is being allowed. Based on the lack of communication, I am sure I am not the only person who has experienced this. I will not be returning and would advise others to look elsewhere for a reliable stylist.
